Nutrition was known as the “first” medicine in the ancient times, before disease became more chronic and severe where herbal remedies were necessary. Nutrition is based on each person’s innate constitution as well as the present condition.
It is not a matter of good taste, but of nourishing value. Sugar and processed foods will not create a healthy body. This is where we have to learn about simplicity and learn from the indigenous people who lived with what came from the earth. Without having a TRUE healthy diet, health is not possible. But first we have to learn what a healthy diet REALLY means and unlearn many non-nourishing habits.
